For Future's Sake - Cohort 4

I’m honored to be the conduit for America’s legacy of transformative leadership, social change, and alternative medicine.

I grew up in a family of wellness and organizational development pioneers. My parents were instrumental in mainstreaming alternative medicine in the US (problematic, I know). And getting acupuncture legalized in 48 states.

They also created the first graduate degree program in transformative leadership and social change in the United States.

I was their guinea pig.

If I had a tummy ache, they’d ask me, “Are you worried?”
If I was upset about something they’d ask me, “Well, do you have a request?”

In short, as an 8-year-old, I would ask my parents...

“I request that you let me go to Friday’s dance without a chaperone, do you accept, decline or counter offer?”

What that means for you?

It’s not about getting in touch with your feelings, and using meditation as medication. (expensive band aids )

I’ll show you how to use physical cues to make clear decisions to eliminate unnecessary “stress”...
