I grew up in a family of wellness and organizational development pioneers. My parents were instrumental in mainstreaming alternative medicine in the US (problematic, I know). And getting acupuncture legalized in 48 states.

They also created the first graduate degree program in transformative leadership and social change in the United States.

I was their guinea pig.

If I had a tummy ache, they’d ask me, “Are you worried?”
If I was upset about something they’d ask me, “Well, do you have a request?

In short, as an 8-year-old, I would ask my parents...

When does the course start and finish?
Start anytime. 12 weeks is the length of the course as-is. You have lifetime access to current content and any updates and we recommend cycling through the practices to deepen the skills over the course of a full year. You will get two short lessons per week for twelve weeks and direct access to coaches on live group calls 30 minutes 2x/week for the duration. This is no longer offered as a stand alone course, but only as part of our yearlong leadership for culture design program. Please see https://mindbodyleadership.com for more details or to apply.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. Please note for your team or client's use you may bulk license or even whitelabel access to extra seats for them along with customized trainer access.
What if it's not for me?
Ideally we discuss for fit upfront, but guaranteed if you don't look good, we don't look good, so if you've dipped your toe in and decided you prefer living a reactionary life, probably wasn't a good fit for both of us. Within 7 days you'll get a full refund minus prorated access. After that we don't do refunds, we do conversations to find a mutually beneficial solution. Funds can be applied to other programs, transferred to other clients or in some cases adapted to a custom program with one of our team members.

Online coaching calls are twice a week to ensure effective implementation and results.

Attendees must be coachable and have real world applications. Modules run an average of 20 minutes per week which is immediately implemented and iterated on.
